Land Surveyor

Job Summary

We are seeking a competent, detail-oriented, and experienced Land Surveyor to undertake and oversee surveying activities across the company’s construction projects.
The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to provide reliable survey data to support project planning, setting-out, and construction execution.

Responsibilities

Conduct land, topographical, boundary, and construction surveys across project sites.
Carry out setting-out activities, including building lines, levels, alignments, coordinates, and elevations.
Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, and Auto Levels.
Prepare, analyse, and interpret survey data, measurements, drawings, and reports.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure accurate project execution and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or HND in Surveying and Geoinformatics or a related discipline.
Minimum of three(3) years’ relevant experience, preferably within the construction industry.
Demonstrable proficiency in operating Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, Auto Levels, and other surveying equipment.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and relevant surveying software, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and site plans.
Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple project demands.
