Investment Banking Expert for AI Training

What You’ll Do
You will produce, assess, and explain investment banking analysis and transaction materials. The work requires close attention to numerical accuracy, methodological soundness, strategic logic, and clear communication.

Conduct company and industry research for AI training initiatives.
Perform and review buyer or target screening, comparable company analysis, and financial modeling.
Build, update, and troubleshoot detailed Excel-based valuation and transaction models.
Check models for methodological accuracy, logical consistency, and clear presentation of outputs.
Prepare and edit materials similar to client presentations or pitchbooks for transaction execution scenarios.
Analyze sample materials for numerical errors, weak strategy, or unclear logic.
Provide actionable feedback to improve analytical and presentation materials.
Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, deal sensitivities, and the effects of key assumptions.
Write and speak clearly about complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.
Identify and articulate quantitative inaccuracies and strategic weaknesses in transaction materials.
